The Emotion Code
Your supercomputer subconscious knows every emotional imbalance your body is holding on to.
Whenever we experience a strong negative emotion, our bodies sometimes have trouble processing that energy and tuck it away to “deal with” later. The emotion doesn’t always come from a traumatic event—daily life can cause them too.
Through a process called muscle testing, I can connect to your subconscious (don’t worry—I can’t read minds!) and discover what might be holding you back.
Muscle testing, also called applied kinesiology, is a gentle, non-invasive technique used in many holistic practices to tap into the body's innate wisdom.
Muscle testing bypasses the conscious mind and taps into deeper layers of awareness, making it a powerful tool.
It’s based on the principle that the body holds onto information about physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances—and it knows what it needs to return to balance.
The Method
I “ask” the subconscious yes/no questions and receive answers through a muscle or sway response. A strong muscle or a forward sway indicates yes, while a weak muscle or a backward sway indicates no. By asking specific questions, I can narrow down exactly what the subconscious wants to communicate.
You don’t need to talk through or relive the trauma, guilt, or pain. Balance can be restored without you having to share your deepest struggles with a stranger. (Hi—that’s me, the stranger.)
To release emotions, I simply swipe my hand over the Governing Meridian—a central energy pathway that connects to every part of your energetic body—while holding the intention to release.
And that’s it.
The emotion will be released so you can feel lighter, more open, and grounded.

    Heart Walls
Your heart, in particular, is very vulnerable. Your subconscious knows this and sometimes builds a Heart-Wall of emotional energy to protect it from hurt.
These energies can be removed to make way for:
· Openness to others or new opportunities
· Giving and receiving love
· Stronger relationships
· Greater compassion and connection

What The Emotion Code ISN’T for
The Emotion Code is great for lots of things, but it’s NOT for:
Replacing personal responsibility
Diagnosing or treating medical conditions (I’m not a doctor—please don’t ask)
Serving as a substitute for professional psychological treatment (it IS a great complement to this type of therapy, however)
Manipulating emotions of others or forcing them to change
